Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), 18 years or older as of 5/12/03, except employees and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of such employees, of MarketSource L.L.C. or McNeil Consumer Healthcare ("Sponsors"), or either of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising or promotion agencies or Project Support Team, Inc. Void where prohibited by law.
To Participate: Visit www.imodium.com/vcrc/manage/nmregister.jhtml between 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/12/03 and 10:00 AM ET on 9/7/03 ("promotion period") and receive one entry into the sweepstakes by fully completing & submitting the online entry form. There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the promotion period. Multiple entries from any one person, household or email address will void all but the initial entry. Sponsors are not responsible for lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic or otherwise; for inaccurate entry or sweepstakes related information, printing errors appearing in the rules, or other sweepstakes related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
Prizes: Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: Winners choice of one of the following prize options: Option 1: A luxury spa vacation awarded as a SpaFinder gift certificate and round-trip coach air transportation for (2) adults (in the event that winner lives within a 100-mile radius of selected spa, winner will receive limousine service in lieu of air transportation), with a total value spa vacation and air/ground transportation not to exceed $5,000, plus an assortment of Imodium products; or, Option 2: A 8-day/7-night Miami Beach vacation for two including round-trip coach air transportation, standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Fountainbleau Hilton Resort, ground transfers to/from the airport in Miami & an assortment of Imodium products. (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" of each option: $5,025). For either option, blackout dates and travel and accommodation restrictions may apply. Additionally, winner and guest must travel together & travel must be completed by 10/1/04 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. (1) First Prize: A check in the amount of $5,000 which may be used toward the purchase and installation of a Jacuzzi® Whirlpool Bath & an assortment of Imodium products (ARV: $5,025). (2) Second Prizes: A prize package consisting of a Canon Power Shot A70 Digital Camera, a Samsonite Silhouette Carry-On Luggage & an assortment of Imodium products (ARV: $760). (5) Third Prizes: $500 SpaFinder gift certificate & an assortment of Imodium products (ARV: $500). Restrictions on SpaFinder gift certificates may apply. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $14,070.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/30/03 by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, U.S. mail and/or overnight express on or about 10/1/03.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes permitted except by Sponsors who reserve the right to substitute prize (or a component of prize) with one of equal or greater value. Grand, First & Second Prize winners will be required to sign & return an affidavit of eligibility, liability & publicity release (where legal) within 10 days of the date these documents are mailed to winner or an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner's traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older and will also be required to complete and return a travel/liability release prior to issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or return of prize or notification/documentation as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. If identity of winner is disputed based on an email address submitted, prize will be awarded to the person identified by Sponsors in their sole discretion as the authorized account holder of the email address at issue at the time entry is submitted. Limit one prize per person. By participating, entrants agree that Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies: 1) may use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name (if entrant is a winner), voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2) that the aforestated parties, MarketSource LLC, Project Support Team, Inc. and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind to entrant or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to winner or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity (including spa activity) related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. Prizes are awarded "as is" and Sponsors make no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the nature of the prize awarded. If this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and in the event of cancellation or termination, conduct, at its discretion, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation or termination. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
